Frequently Asked Questions

How often will I receive wine?

Wine club allocations are released four times per year. Members receive advance notice before each billing and release date.

Can I choose my wines?

Customization may be offered during designated selection windows and is subject to availability. Winery selections apply when no changes are submitted.

Can I pick up my allocation?

Yes. Choose winery pickup during enrollment. Shipping or local delivery may also be offered where legally permitted.

Is there a membership commitment?

Membership includes a minimum commitment of two quarterly allocations. Cancellation requests must be received in writing before the published billing cutoff.

Can I give a membership as a gift?

Yes! Contact the winery for gift membership options and a welcome presentation for the recipient.
